This Privacy Policy explains how Vici Tech Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications, including CyberCert AI (each, an "App"), and this website.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the App, including practice questions, mock exams, analytics, and the AI tutor.
- Display relevant advertisements served through Google Ads.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and debug issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising. The App may utilize device data, including your device's advertising identifier, to serve relevant advertisements through Google Ads. With your consent (requested via the App Tracking Transparency prompt and, where applicable, a consent form), this device data may be used to serve personalized ads. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads. You can change tracking permissions at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
4. AI Processing
AI tutor conversations and explanation requests are processed by large language models hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock). Your messages are sent to these services to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Do not include sensitive personal information in tutor conversations.

6. Data Retention
We retain account and study data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and associated data from within the App (Settings) or by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable).
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls through AWS infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
